Mid-Term Review to evaluate the effectiveness of Regional Climate Smart Agricultural Programme (RSCA) in its aim to reduce the vulnerability of target rural communities to climate change and economic shocks, while improving the livelihoods of those communities. NORAD plays an important role in improving the lives of the poor and vulnerable farmers, promoting resilience to climate change and Women’s Economic Empowerment, and meeting the SDS. RSCA focuses on SDG1, 2, 5 and 13. Delivered in partnership with CoSustain Consulting​.
